How to use BOBi?
You will need to read the privacy notice and accept it before you can start using our ChatBot.
BOBi's icon will appear in the bottom right corner of our web pages. You can click on it to expand the window and start asking questions.
To find the information you are looking for, you can type your questions or click on the options that BOBi provides during the chat. Please ask questions about one topic at a time, as BOBi finds this easier to manage. If you would like to start the conversation again, you can type 'restart' at any time.
BOBi is always learning, and there may be times when our ChatBot cannot answer a certain question. If this happens, BOBi will re-direct you to the right place so your query can be answered.
You can minimise the chat window and come back to the chat at any time by clicking on BOBi's icon. Your conversation history will stay in the chat until you close your tab.
