1. The sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises:
- Monday to Sunday: 09:00 to 02:00 hours
- New Years Eve: 09:00 until start of permitted hours the following day
2. The provision of regulated entertainment in the form of plays, films, indoor sport, boxing and wrestling entertainment, live music, recorded music, performance of dance and entertainment of a similar description (indoors):
- Monday to Sunday: 09:00 to 02:00 hours
- New Years Eve: 09:00 until start of permitted hours the following day
3. The provision of late night refreshment (indoors and outdoors):
- Monday to Sunday: 23:00 to 02:00 hours
- New Years Eve: 09:00 to 05:00 hours
The Licensing Register may be inspected at Licensing, Cardiff Council, County Hall, Cardiff CF10 4UW between 9am and 4pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable on summary conviction by an unlimited fine.
