Website upgrade on Tuesday 23 June

What we are doing to upgrade our website to improve accessibility and security for customers.

Stolen blue badge

If you have reported your blue badge as stolen, we might be able to replace the badge free of charge.

You will also need to provide:

  • your personal details,
  • your national insurance number (if you have one),
  • the current badge number (if you know it),
  • your payment details, and
  • a crime reference number.

If you do not have a crime reference number, you will need to apply for a lost badge.

To apply for a replacement blue badge, please complete the application form on the MiPermit website.
