If you have reported your blue badge as stolen, we might be able to replace the badge free of charge.
You will also need to provide:
- your personal details,
- your national insurance number (if you have one),
- the current badge number (if you know it),
- your payment details, and
- a crime reference number.
If you do not have a crime reference number, you will need to apply for a lost badge.
