We are making sure that schools are safe places where children, young people, and staff are treated with respect and dignity.
As part of our ongoing commitment to student and staff safety and wellbeing, we have launched a campaign which promotes safe learning environments for everyone who attends.
The key focus is to remind school communities that pupils and staff have a right to attend their education setting without receiving abuse or any form of aggression. This behaviour will not be tolerated.
Pupils, parents, schools and their communities must work together to keep schools safe.
