We own garages throughout the city on Council Housing estates.
Garages are for personal private use only and not for commercial activities.
You can only request a garage that is within the locality of your property. If there is no availability on your preferred site, we'll add you to the waiting list for that site and you will be contacted if there is a vacancy.
Our garages are intended for the storage of a motor vehicle. You should not store petrol or any other inflammable materials in your garage. You should not sublet your garage to anyone else. There is no electricity in the garages.
