Help with your council tax

- student exemption, and
- single person discount.

Help with your rent
If you are working age and on a low income, you may be eligible for Universal Credit.
You may be eligible for housing benefit if:
- you and your partner are pension age, or
- you are staying in a refuge, hostel or some type of supported or temporary housing.

Disability benefit support
Our disability benefit support team can help you and your family if you want to apply for benefits such as:
- Disability Living Allowance (DLA),
- Personal Independence Payments (PIP),
- Employment and Support Allowance (ESA),
- Universal Credit (limited capability for work-related activity),
- Attendance Allowance, and
- Carer's Allowance.
If your application has been rejected, we can also support you in asking for DWP to reconsider your application and taking appeals to the Tribunal, if appropriate.
