Apply for a seat terms and conditions

Your child must show their bus pass to the driver before they get on the bus. No bus pass, no travel.
You can only buy bus passes if there are spare seats on certain services.
If you have bought a bus pass for this academic year, it does not guarantee transport in future years.
We can revoke a seat that has been bought, at any time during the academic year, if it is needed by a pupil who is eligible for free transport or if the contract with the service provider is terminated.
Please use one application form per family.
If you have bought a bus pass during the summer holidays, the pass will normally be issued by the school in September. If you have bought a bus pass through the school year, we will post them as soon as possible.
You can order a replacement bus pass online.
If you have not paid the full amount for a previous year’s transport, we will not sell a pass to you.
If the pupil stops using the service, you must tell us in writing and send us the bus pass on the pupil’s last day of travel. If you have paid for the academic year in full, we will refund the overpayment on a termly basis. If you have paid a deposit, we will cancel the account or invoice for the balance due, as long as your letter and the pass has been received before the start of the term.
By accepting these terms and conditions, the pupil has agreed to follow the Welsh Government Travel Behaviour Code.
